  2. When you see "Code sent to email", tap "Get Help" at the bottom of the screen
  3. Select "Sign in with password"
  4. Enter the same email + the password we sent you
  5. ✅ You're in — enjoy watching

Why does Netflix ask for a code every time I try to log in?

Netflix recently changed the login flow for some shared accounts. The solution is simple: instead of waiting for the code, tap 'Get Help' at the bottom of the screen, then choose 'Sign in with password'.

I can't find the Get Help button — what do I do?
